The Central Florida Hope Center
Unifying communities to make life-giving solutions accessible to everyday people. What began as an outpouring of love and generosity from members of Real Life Christian Church, has taken on a life of its own. Today it is known as The Central Florida Hope Center. . . and it belongs to the entire community. The Central Florida Hope Center would not exist were it not for the vision, financial support, and determination of Real Life. For that, we are forever grateful. Now, the Central Florida Hope Center stands independently from Real Life as a 501(c)(3) “public charity” with its own board of directors. Real Life Christian Church and a growing number of businesses and churches in our community offer valuable support through regular monthly donations and involvement.
Anyone in need can seek help here. The Central Florida Hope Center offers four lanes of help for area residents who are struggling today: 1. Food Pantry 2. Care Counseling Services 3. Employment Solutions 4. Homeless Solution Additionally, those with the desire to serve can donate funds, food, time, talent, and more to this organization that does so much for the local community. The Hope Center has a specific interest in making the community a better community through collaborative efforts with other churches and organizations in the area to provide all these services for those in need. The center fulfills its mission by offering practical, life-giving solutions that are accessible to everyday people within the community. Through the work of The Hope Center, more than 500,000 meals have been provided for families, more than 3,000 people have received counseling, and more than 1,000 people have found jobs through the 323 Staffing Solutions partnership with The Hope Center. The Hope Center is also working to end homelessness in Clermont and surrounding areas by helping get families into homes. The thought is that The Hope Center empowers those who work within the organization to show people that God does love them but in a way that is practical and meaningful to them. By meeting these urgent needs for food, counseling, employment, and even housing, The Hope Center can display God’s love in a way that resonates with people who may otherwise lose hope or feel left behind by society. God hasn’t abandoned them, and the goal for The Hope Center is to make that message abundantly clear to those who need to hear it most. The Hope Center is happy to have help in any form from any members of the community and all of our local churches as we strive to extend our outreach efforts at a time when the need is so great. |
